Database Administrator

Providing dynamic, real-time, intelligent scheduling software for the demand-response transportation industry, we help customers improve efficiency and reduce operating costs by implementing a proven solution in their operation. Our software is designed to give each operation the flexibility to manage and schedule the way they prefer. By providing the best set of tools to structure and define a scheduling strategy, we are able to maximize operational resources to improve the bottom line.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide remote database administration services for customers
  
• Manage hosted IT infrastructure
  
• Provide 2nd tier support for other members of the support team
  
• Special projects as required

Requirements:

• Experience providing database administration and IT support
  
• Formal education in databases, preferably both SQL Server and Oracle, networking technologies and operating systems
  
• Strong communication skills and work ethic
