Customer Training

StrataGen training staff utilizes a hands-on training approach to instruct staff in the operation of ADEPT™. Each trainee will work from a computer that is set up in an ADEPT™ training environment. The StrataGen instructor will demonstrate and guide participants to a solid understanding of the tools ADEPT™ provides within a paratransit environment.

The Objectives

• Assess each individual’s post-training comprehension and competency level in the use of ADEPT™
• Enable site employees to train future employees in ADEPT™
• Assist site MIS professionals in understanding any technical maintenance procedures

As a standard practice StrataGen’s customer service group will contact our customers to check on the performance of the system. StrataGen also offers self-paced CD-ROM modules that will allow transit personnel to refresh their knowledge of the software.
